Credit Cards - Miga Motor Company accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Cards. Accounts - Net 30 Day terms are given to industrial customers with qualifying Dunn & Bradstreet ratings, Government Agencies, Educational Institutions and to qualifying firms after approval of credit. Favorable terms for early payment can be negotiated.

Current delivery is 1 week ARO on all of our products.

International customers are responsible for all duties and fees. You must provide either advance payment, an international shipping account number, or a credit card to support all associated import fees.

Miga Motor Company manufactures the highest quality products available in the market place; however these products are intended to be used only by qualified individuals, and in accordance with the specifications in the Technical Data Sheets. No information or data contained in written materials shall be construed to imply any liability on the part of Miga Motor Company. A limited warranty applies to Miga Motor products: all Miga Motor Company products are to be free from defects in material, workmanship, and construction, and when used in accordance with the Technical Data Sheets will perform to applicable specifications for a period of one year after shipment. If examination by Miga Motor Company discloses that the product has been defective, then our obligation is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of the defective unit. Except for obligations assumed by Miga Motors under this warranty Miga Motors shall not be libel for any loss, damage, cost of repairs, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not based upon express or limited warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability arising in connection with the design, manufacture, sale, use, or repair of the products. Any returned parts shall be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization number from Miga Motor Company, and transportation charges will be F.O.B. factory. Product availability, price and delivery dates are subject to our respective order confirmation forms, and are otherwise subject to change without prior notice.
