You may place your order via the Miga Online Store, directly with the factory, or through authorized Miga Motor Company representatives. Contact the factory for assistance in locating your local representative.

Credit Cards - Miga Motor Company accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Cards. Accounts - Net 30 Day terms are given to industrial customers with qualifying Dunn & Bradstreet ratings, Government Agencies, Educational Institutions and to qualifying firms after approval of credit. Favorable terms for early payment can be negotiated.

Current delivery is 1 week ARO on all of our products.

International customers are responsible for all duties and fees. You must provide either advance payment, an international shipping account number, or a credit card to support all associated import fees.

Published prices and discount schedules are subject to change without notice. They are prepared for the purpose of furnishing general information and are not quotations or ‘Offers to Sell’ on the part of the company.

If your order has already been processed/authorized and/or if your credit card has been charged, there will be a $25 charge PLUS a 5% (of total order including shipping) cancellation fee for your order. There are no exceptions as fees are charged by merchant service providers (Square, PayPay, etc). If any portion of your order has already shipped, an additional restocking fee of up to 25% will be deducted from your refund beyond the 5% cancellation fee. Customers must follow the stated procedures for returns or warranty claims.

A limited warranty applies to Miga Motor products: all Miga products are to be free from defects in material, workmanship, and construction, and when used in accordance with the Technical Data Sheets will perform to applicable specifications for a period of one year after shipment. If examination by Miga discloses that the product has been defective, then our obligation is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of the defective unit. Except for obligations assumed by Miga Motors under this warranty Miga shall not be libel for any loss, damage, cost of repairs, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not based upon express or limited warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability arising in connection with the design, manufacture, sale, use, or repair of the products.
